Overview

Form CTA Types allow you to interact with 3rd-party Marketing Automation Platforms, CRM, or other Internet-facing web applications (not natively supported within our Integrations section) by creating CTAs that will generate HTTP requests triggered by specific events (i.e. webhooks).

When you create a Form CTA Type from the Account Settings section, you can define a set of webhooks which send and receive JSON data. CTAs created from such Types have the same look, feel, and basic capabilities of our native Form CTA Types.
